To remove the banner at the top or your blogger or blogspot. Removing it is easy, just go to the layout tab, then click to the sub-tab edit HTML ( more explaination )
then you go in the HTML and look for the line
/* Variable definitions
------------------------
then just under it copy this code
#navbar-iframe { display: none !important;}
Save. Now your NavBar is gone.
